Healthcare Informatics - A very readable magazine that addresses a wide range of issues in the use of information technologies in health care.    Three yearly issues are particularly worth reading:  the December issue which contains the Annual Buyers Guide, the June issue which contains a listing of the top 100 healthcare information technology companies, and the annual EHR evaluation issue.

Health Data Management -  Similar in content to HealthCare Informatics, it offers a number of case studies addressing the use of information technology in health care entities of all sizes. There is also an Annual Buyers Guide Issue in December.

The Medical Records Institute - For-profit organization that offers conferences and publications aimed at individuals and organizations trying to make the transition to computer-based patient records.
